New Partnership: Driving Sustainable Living at Cumulus3! 🌍☀️

We are excited to share that Ecorise Solar, together with our partner Yingchen (Xiong'an) Energy Tech, has officially signed an MOU with developer JMC Cahaya to collaborate on a landmark green community project!

The agreement was signed by Dato’ Ir. Lee Hoke Hai (Chairman of JMC Cahaya), Mr. Lee Chee Seng (Executive Director of Ecorise Solar), and Mr. Yin Guibao (GM of Yingchen Xiong’an).

Project Highlights:

• A Pioneer in BIPV: Cumulus3 will be among the first residential projects in Malaysia to feature Building Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV) technology on its rooftops.

  
  

• Aesthetic & Durable Design: Using advanced technology, we can imprint logos or patterns directly onto the solar panels with a guarantee of 25 years without color fading—ensuring the roof remains beautiful while generating high-efficiency power.

• Total Green Environment: Beyond the homes, we are extending solar applications to community parks and walkways to create a comprehensive low-carbon living ecosystem.

By combining Yingli’s global technology with Ecorise’s local expertise, we hope to empower property developers to achieve new milestones in sustainable building. 🚀
