Terms & Conditions - the basics

By accessing this website, you (“the User”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. This website and its associated features, content, and services (collectively, “the Site”) are operated and maintained by EcoRise Solar Sdn Bhd (“EcoRise Solar”). Your use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of this User Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

This Site is intended for use by individuals acting in a personal or professional capacity. By using the Site, you confirm that you are of legal age and capable of entering into binding agreements under applicable Malaysian law.

4. Refund Policy

Upon receipt of deposit, the customer is deemed to have confirmed and accepted the proposed system design and quotation. No refund will be provided thereafter.

 

EcoRise Solar Sdn. Bhd. will, within three (3) months from deposit receipt:

  • Submit relevant applications to authorities (e.g., SEDA, TNB)

  • Proceed with material procurement upon approval

  • Inform the customer of the scheduled installation date accordingly

5. Delivery & Installation

All solar systems will be installed by EcoRise Solar’s certified team within the timeline mutually agreed upon with the customer. Installation timelines may vary based on site conditions, regulatory approvals, and weather.

6. Export Control

All content and materials on this Site are subject to Malaysian export control laws. No content may be downloaded, shared, or exported in violation of these laws.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Malaysia, in accordance with the rules of the Malaysian Arbitration Association. Either party may seek interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

8. Third-Party Links & Promotions

The Site may contain links to third-party websites for your convenience. EcoRise Solar does not control or endorse these sites and is not responsible for their content or functionality.

Any promotions or dealings with third-party advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser. EcoRise Solar is not liable for any loss or damage arising from such interactions.
